CONDITIONS GOVERNING THE WARRANTY: ¡@ 1. Warranty is valid only when dealer's invoice is presented together with this warranty card.
2. The warranty shell be rendered null and void if :
A) The warranty card / invoice is lost, misplaced or amended;
B) This damage is due to misuse, physical damage, incorrect voltage or natural disaster;
C) The unit has not been installed, maintained or operated in accordance with instruction furnished by the manufacturer
or authorized distributor;
D) Any repair or modification other then by authorized distributor has been carried out on the unit;
E) The product serial number and warranty label have been altered, defaced or removed.
3. Any costs of transport are on account of purchaser.
4. This warranty does not cover the damage to other equipment used in conjunction with this unit. And does not include data recovery service.
5. If the product cannot be repaired within the warranty period, CDS reserves the right to either:
A) Replace by similar functional products;
B) Request the user to upgrade the product by market price.
6. The invoice date and product serial number will be base on our computer records as final decision.
7. Repaired item will be forfeited if not to be collected after 2 months notice to customer.
8. The warranty is valid in Hong Kong only.
9. Terms and conditions are subject to change without prior notice.
